We have been invited as speakers at a cycle of conferences called “Tech Day” organized by ELISAVA School of Design and Engineering of Barcelona, this year under the topic “Food Systems for Health”.

The title of our conference was “The power of biomimetic systems to design and engineering”, and the lecture was given by Dr. Jordi Bayer of Growthobjects.

At Tech Day took part other speakers like Dr. Daniel Christian Wahl, Consultant and Teacher in Sustainability, Regenerative Design and Bio-mimetic Innovation, Isabel Lugo, Researcher and Gastronomy History teacher, Clara Balmaña, Designer at Bon Aprofit project, and Toni Massanés, General Director of the Alícia Foundation.
