YOUR ORDER

Your product is a high complexity geometry inspired by Nature, from the fusion of generative design, mathematics and biomimetics into a unique design. A product that is created, grown, and made digitally exclusively for you.
SHIPPING TERMS

Our production and delivery times vary according to the order, because it is manufactured on demand. The production process takes about 2 to 3 weeks from receipt of payment, unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item you have ordered, because we haven’t products in stock, your piece is only made on demand just for you. After production time your order will be delivered within 2 to 15 working days depending on your destination.

We ship worldwide using a network of trusted couriers. All packages ship with insurance included, except our stuff (t-shirts and tote bags).

You can ship your order to an address different from your billing address. Just fill in the desired delivery address in the shipment details during checkout. The shipping costs will be calculated based on this information. The country of destination determines whether you have to pay VAT (value added tax) or not.

The shipping costs does not include the duties and taxes in the destination country expenses since they vary with a number of parameters. If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer.
PAYMENT

Payments are carried out by Paypal. All major credit cards are accepted. A Paypal account is not necessary.

We operate in a safe and secure environment using Paypal for payment. Paypal stores and processes your private information using the Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL), which is the highest protection available in the market.
SALES TAX

Tax is calculated based on the shipping address.
RETURN POLICY
–
We cannot accept returns, except on the off chance your piece arrives damaged, then contact us at webshop@growthobjects.com within 7 days of receipt, indicating the order number, product information and the defects found. All items must be unworn, in like-new condition, and returned to us in original packaging.

For approximately one hour from the time an order for a piece is placed, you will cannot cancel orders themselves. Past one hour, please understand that we cannot provide refunds or cancel orders.

Remember that your piece is only made on demand just for you.
